Functioning

The Board manages the Fund autonomously. It reports once a year to the Standing Concertation Committee, presenting the activities and accounts of the previous year and a budget for the coming year.

The Board has 9 members, elected by the personnel for a period of 3 years. Three members are replaced/renewed every year. Any member of the personnel can stand for election.

The resources of the Fund are constituted by contributions from the CERN Management and from the Staff Association.
